ON THE WAY TO AN HERMENEUTICS OF AFFECTIVITY

Abstract

The following article aims at understanding the approach of the young Heidegger with regard to the affective phenomenon. Our thesis is that Heidegger’s early work goes beyond the modern conception of man, based on the supreme rationality of the subject, excluding or subordinating the affective phenomenon when it comes to explaining it. Thus, we will expose their hermeneutical approaches to understanding and affection which reveal the need to rethink man from the inhospitality of existence.
