Abstract

The following text is intended to assign metaphors, from the Nietzschean notion of them, a distinctive character inside the systemic clinical practice, which would allow, either by hypothesis or images, a relationship of novelty and curiosity in consultants about their illness, obtaining help in the generation of different narratives and new stories about themselves in a context playfully created. In addition, other Nietzschean ideas are related to thinking a clinical context in which the metaphor of transformation and the ability to play are taken seriously. Finally, one study case will be briefly reviewed.
