ON THE CAPTURING OF THE EXPERIENCE OF THE OTHER

The aim of this paper is introduce the issue of capturing the experience of the others as a possible interdisciplinary venue for establishing relations between phenomenology and psychotherapy. To do this, we will review the history of contemporary theories about capturing the experience of others and the main phenomenological perspectives on this issue, with special detailed consid- erations in M. Heidegger. Finally, we will review what fundamental implications in the contents reviewed could help us understand the general therapeutic and clinical practice.
