Experiencias de las figuras parentales no ofensoras en la interacción con los programas de intervención psicosociojurídica dirigida a las y los niños víctimas de abuso sexual y familias

El abuso sexual infantil es una problemática que constituye una violación de los derechos humanos de los niños y niñas, cuyo alcance trasciende a las víctimas directas e impacta a sus familiares y figuras significativas de sus entornos. La literatura especializada se ha centrado principalmente en describir y explicar los efectos traumáticos y dañinos que dicha experiencia. Sin embargo, existe menos evidencia acerca de los efectos en el entorno familiar y del paso por las instituciones especializadas. Se utiliza el análisis fenomenológico-interpretativo (IPA) para entrevistar a 9 madres y padres no ofensores para indagar en sus experiencias en la interacción con los programas de intervención psicosociojurídica a partir de la develación del abuso sexual. Los resultados muestran que en el itinerario de atención se producen encuentros y desencuentros entre los padres o madres y las instituciones, en los que sus necesidades y expectativas se ven satisfechos en algunos ámbitos y frustrados en otros. Los principales facilitadores son la movilización de las figuras adultas para gestionar apoyos, la atención empática y no enjuiciadora de profesionales, así como la información y orientación acerca de los procesos. En las dificultades mencionan aspectos estructurales del sistema, tales como los procedimientos institucionales burocráticos, el lenguaje técnico y la falta de coordinación entre los distintos niveles de atención. Asimismo, aborda aspectos relacionales tales como las prácticas revictimizantes hacia los niños/as y figuras adultas. De manera especial, los padres y madres refieren sentirse constantemente evaluados y juzgados en sus competencias protectoras.
