Keywords:
Subjectivity Process, Discipline, ExaminationAbstract
This paper focuses on the thought of Michel Foucault and his appreciation to the concept of examination both classifier or for diagnosis, demonstrating its active role as a form of social control, that is, to demonstrate the ways in which the examination becomes a policy for (re) organizing the population under specific forms, which tend to connote certain types of totalitarian po- licies, understanding this term in the sense of modes of governance that aim at covering a control of the whole society, even his most intimate relations; the emergence of biopolitics and life management is what this type of government strategies make explicit.
